Horton Community Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital serving Horton and Brown County. It provides diagnostic and therapeutic services, 24-hour emergency care, specialized outpatient resources, pharmaceutical services and other services intended to support community health and well-being.

• From the south: From US 59, also known locally as First Avenue, turn left on 15th Street and continue toward Central Avenue.
